How Does One Help Create a Culture of Life?

The Bible says, "I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing, Choose life so that YOU and your descendants may live." Talk about not mincing words! We have power and a role in creation. This is especially true for women who have the opportunity to say "Yes" to God and "Yes" to life by being open to new life. And how do we spell that? "No Contraception!" I know, it is a concept foreign to the modern mind. When Christians uphold the likes of St. Gianna Beretta Molla and women like her, they cannot comprehend their sacrifice. The modern woman does not even understand why she should give birth to her own child if her child is not presently "wanted". That is because the modern mind does not understand the cross and does not understand that a child is not a possession, but a gift of God not given to a couple, but to the world.

How then does one help create a culture of life? We help create a culture of life by living sacrifically and prayerfully with one's mind on the will of God, and on love of neighbor. (This is not a political blog, folks!)
